Following a change in marketing strategy the shoe retailer Otter, requested a change in the identity of their commercial spaces. To highlight the visual merchandising, both the furniture and the space itself have a simple geometry devoid of detail and color. The neutral design offers a visual support for the accents formed by the central furniture, which also acts as a focus point, and the seating. The project raised an interesting challenge: creating a space with contemporary design using rudimentary materials and techniques, imposed by the investments budget. The first implementation of Otter’s new retail identity was made in the Afi Palace Ploiesti Mall. All Otter locations country wide will be updated over the next 2 years.
